My journey began with service in the United States Air Force, where I learned the values of resilience, compassion, integrity, and putting others first.

Those lessons have guided me throughout my life and continue to shape the way I care for every patient today.

After my military service, I pursued a career in healthcare, earning advanced nursing and business degrees and dedicating my life to caring for others.

Throughout my career, I had the privilege of working with thousands of patients across a variety of healthcare settings, each experience reinforcing one simple truth: every person deserves to be heard.

Over the years, I realized that too much of healthcare had become focused on treating symptoms rather than understanding the person behind them. Patients often left appointments feeling rushed, unheard, or without the answers they were searching for.

That realization inspired me to create RFLR Wellness.

RFLR Wellness was built on the belief that healing starts by listening.
